PHS is not an emergency response provider, crisis stabilization facility, medical provider, behavioral health treatment provider, or licensed care facility. If someone is experiencing a medical emergency, psychiatric emergency, overdose, active crisis, or immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate crisis response provider immediately.
