Professional Referral Standards

We maintain clear standards to ensure we can provide stable, structured housing for residents who are appropriate for our environment.

Required For All Referrals

  • 100% Ambulatory

    All residents must be able to walk and move independently without assistance or mobility devices.

  • Independent Living Capable

    Must be able to manage daily activities, hygiene, and personal needs without assistance.

  • Verified Income

    Must have verifiable guaranteed income or documented pending benefits with expected start date.

  • Behavioral Fit

    Must be appropriate for a quiet, structured, respectful shared living environment.

Not Appropriate For Placement

  • Non-Ambulatory Individuals

    We cannot accommodate wheelchair users or those requiring mobility assistance.

  • Medical or Nursing Care Needs

    We do not provide medical care, nursing services, or medication administration.

  • Personal Care Needs

    We do not provide personal care assistance or supervision beyond ordinary housing management.

  • Active Safety Concerns

    We cannot accommodate individuals with active violent behavior or safety risks to others.
